How EFB Food Program Works

 

Eternal Food Bank is a faith-based non-profit public charity that secures and redistributes food to those requiring food assistance in our community.

How is Eternal Food Bank system different from traditional food bank?

All foods distributed by Eternal Food Bank are uniquely boxed and sealed: The food collected by Eternal Food Bank is processed into five different food groups, and are then mixed in the right proportion to make defined different balanced diets before they are boxed and redistributed.

How does Eternal Food Bank Source food?

Eternal Food Bank sources food from:

  1. Individual Donors: This group includes family and individual donors
  2. Faith-Based Donors: Churches, and ministries
  3. Corporate Donors: Food manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers.
  4. Eternal Food Bank (EFB) Food Procurement: Bulk Food Purchase from accredited food manufacturers and distributors

How does the food get to the end users?

  1. Through EFB Emergency Food Pantry: This is Located at Eternal Food Bank’s facility to serve families and individuals
  2. Community Group Distribution Point: This is a distribution center established by a group of people who come together in a community for fellowship as a body of disciples from Christ’s Disciples Fellowship (CDF).

Who are Eternal Food Bank’s Food Recipients

  1. Individuals: Looking for job or in between jobs, working poor
  2. Families: Children, Adults, Seniors

Ways to get involved

  1. Using our
  2. Carry out food drives for EFB
  3. Facilitate Corporate support from your Christian faith-based organization, business, etc.
